Chefs gather to prep for ‘A Spoonful of Ginger’


Blue Ginger Chef Ming Tsai (center), Joanne Chang of Flour, and Joslin Diabetes Center’s Dr. William Hsu gathered at the Seaport Hotel on Monday to taste dishes that will be served during the 9th Annual “A Spoonful of Ginger” event at the MFA on March 18. The night benefits Joslin’s Asian American Diabetes Initiative.
