Annie Lennox to give Berklee commencement address

Berklee College of Music has some boldfacers coming to its commencement on May 11. Singer Annie Lennox is delivering the commencement speech to graduating seniors and their parents, and school president Roger Brown will present honorary doctorates to songwriters Carole King and Willie Nelson (and Lennox). . . . The great Thalia Zedek delivered an emotional performance of her LP “Liars and Prayers” at TT the Bear’s Monday night, dedicating it to Magnolia Electric Co. singer Jason Molina, who died this week at 39.
