Patrick Hemingway, son of writer Ernest Hemingway, was at the JFK Library Sunday to present this year’s PEN/Hemingway Award to Kevin Powers (right) for his debut novel, “The Yellow Birds.” Irish writer Colm Toibin, whose novels include “Brooklyn” and “The Testament of Mary,” gave the keynote address.
