The Associated Press reports that Patriot Rob Gronkowski visited a high school near his hometown to surprise one of his young fans, Tawfiq Baity, with a replica jersey on Tuesday morning. Gronk was joined for the delivery at Lockport High School (which is outside of Buffalo) by his brother Dan , who is with the Browns.
