Actor James Morrison, who’s in town shooting the NBC pilot for “Hatfields & McCoys,” stopped by the Carroll Center for the Blind in Newton Thursday. A supporter of the center, the actor, whose credits include “24,” “Revenge,” and “Hawthorne,” chatted with Carroll Center president Joe Abely and toured the center’s Low Vision Clinic and Daily Living and Manual Arts programs.
