Ming Tsai stops by Boston Children’s Museum

Rachel Zarrell for the Globe

Blue Dragon chef Ming Tsai and his son Henry (above) were at the Boston Children’s Museum for Family Fest on Saturday. Tsai led a cooking demonstration as part of the day’s festivities, and made jokes at the expense of “Iron Chef” and Martha Stewart during his presentation. At least we think he was talking about Stewart. “There’s a woman who I won’t name who says you can put your lemons and limes in the microwave to soften them,” Tsai said. “But that also cooks them, so it defeats the purpose of using fresh lime. She also got a very nice sweater in prison.”
