Nothing gives us as much pleasure as watching celebrity fans of New York sports teams take it on the chin, especially if it’s a Boston team administering the beating. So what a treat it was Tuesday to see Sting, Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz, singer Gavin DeGraw, “Neighbours” actress Margot Robbie, and “Taken” star Liam Neeson all grimacing as the black-and-gold Bruins won Game 3 of their Stanley Cup playoff series against the Rangers. The Bruins had a few fans of their own at the World’s Most Famous Arena, including “American Idol” finalist Angie Miller, who grew up a big B’s fan in Beverly. The teams are back at it Thursday at Madison Square Garden.
