Faithful flock to see Todd Rundgren

Todd, as any self-respecting music fan knows, is god. We’re talking, of course, about Todd Rundgren, the former Hermit of Mink Hollow whose tour stopped Friday at the Wilbur Theater. The day before his show, the songwriter stopped at the Newbury Comics in Back Bay and signed copies of his new CD, “State.” Graciously, Rundgren posed for photos and chatted with fans, including (from left) Justin Kohlberg, Alex Harder, and Hunter Burgamy, a trio of students attending Berklee College of Music’s summer program.
