It’s recommended for children between the ages of 3 and 5, but “Otis,” Loren Long’s book about a fun-loving tractor, seemed to meet with the approval of everyone at Jumpstart’s Read for the Record event at the Boston Public Library. BNY Mellon Wealth Management VP Joannie Jaxtimer (pictured) was one of millions of Americans who came together to celebrate literacy and support Jumpstart’s national efforts to promote early childhood education.
