Presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin is back with a new book, and she managed to move a few copies during a signing this weekend at the Costco in Everett. Not a straight biography, “The Bully Pulpit: Theodore Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, and the Golden Age of Journalism” is about the relationships of Roosevelt, Taft, and muckraking journalists such as Samuel L. McClure, Ida M. Tarbell, Ray Stannard Baker, and Lincoln
