Just a few weeks after Kevin Garnett put his house in Concord on the market, another former Boston Celtic is selling his place. Longtime C’s captain and current Brooklyn Nets forward (and Garnett teammate still) Paul Pierce is looking to unload his home in Lincoln. As you might imagine, it’s a sweet house with five bedrooms and bathrooms, custom cabinetry, gourmet kitchen, and big windows overlooking a large private backyard. On her website, listing agent Patti Salem says the Pierce property combines sleek design with traditional attention to detail, such as the beautiful use of woods and quality craftsmanship throughout.” How much? A mere $2.6 million, a bargain compared with the $4.85 million Garnett asking price.
