Variety has reported that a sequel to the holiday classic “It’s a Wonderful Life” is in the works and will catch audiences up with the iconic characters from Frank Capra’s 1946 movie that starred Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed. The sequel will be called “It’s a Wonderful Life: The Rest of the Story,” according to Variety. The hope is to get the movie into theaters for the 2015 holiday season. Singer’s trial begins

A trial has begun in the lawsuit of an upstate New York woman who is suing 1980s pop star Rick Springfield for injuries she says she suffered when he fell on her during a state fair performance nearly a decade ago. The lawsuit filed by 43-year-old Vicki Calcagno of Liverpool claims she suffered a concussion and permanent injuries when Springfield fell into the crowd during his concert in August 2004. (AP)
