A Kennedy kid made a big impression at a debutante ball in Paris over the weekend. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s 18-year-old daughter, Kyra LeMoyne Kennedy, made her debut at the Bal Des Debutantes in a pastel blue couture gown by Dior, black boots with matching blue toe caps, and a Kate Middleton-style blowout. Kennedy, a fashion maven, has interned at Christian Dior, and reportedly aspires to attend F.I.T. She was accompanied to the event by her dad. Also at the party were “Curb Your Enthisiasm” star (and Martha’s Vineyarder) Larry David’s daughter Romy, as well as David’s former “Curb” mate, Cheryl Hines, who arrived on the arm of Kyra’s father. 17-year-old Romy also made her formal debut with 19 of her fellow haute couture-wearing peers who included Brit royal descendant Lady Amelia Windsor and Lauren Marbe, a teenager from Essex (the one in the UK, not on the North Shore), who, based on a Mensa test, has a higher IQ than Stephen Hawking and Albert Einstein. The annual debutante ball was held at the Automobile Club De France, a break from le Bal’s regular venue, Hôtel de Crillon, which closed for two years of renovations in late March.
