Sandra Bullock was the belle of the ball at this week’s People’s Choice Awards, taking home four trophies, including favorite movie actress, dramatic actress, comedic actress, and sharing the movie duo award with her ‘‘Gravity’’ costar, George Clooney. At one point, Bullock showed Boston a little love, giving the Hub a special shout-out while accepting an award with Melissa McCarthy, her costar in the made-in-Massachusetts “The Heat.” The comedy won’t win an Oscar, but it’s made decent bank at the box office, grossing $231 million worldwide.
