Wahlburgers,” the new A&E reality series about the Wahlberg family’s burger joint in Hingham, premiered Wednesday at a fund-raiser for the Dorchester Youth Collaborative. The show’s star, Wahlburgers owner/chef Paul Wahlberg, made the scene, as did the family’s matriarch, Alma Wahlberg, but neither Donnie nor Mark was there. (Donnie, we’re told, planned to be there, but weather kept him in New York.) The sold-out event at the restaurant included a pre-party at Wahlburgers followed by a screening of the show’s hour-long debut episode at the nearby Patriot Cinemas.
