Jazz great Wynton Marsalis wrapped up a multi-year lecture series at Harvard’s Sanders Theatre the other night with a sold-out talk/performance about New Orleans and the birth of jazz. . . . Among the 200 or so folks at the networking event known as Get Konnected! was Mayor Marty Walsh’s chief of staff Dan Koh, newly elected city councilor at large Michelle Wu, Senator Elizabeth Warren’s director of constituent services Roger Lau, Walsh’s campaign manager Megan Costello, and Harvard’s Bob Mitchell.
