The Handel and Haydn Society’s black-tie bash at the Mandarin Oriental Saturday honored two local leaders in music education and scholarship, Harvard music professor Thomas Forrest Kelly and Boston University’s Sandra Nicolucci , who’s also worked closely with area public schools on music education and performing arts curricula.
