While he waits to hit the road this summer with his bandmates, Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler is shooting a movie. Thursday, the former “American Idol” judge posted an odd picture of himself, apparently as Kasape Suka, the character he plays in “Happy Birthday!,” which is in pre-production now in Los Angeles. IMDb.com describes the movie thusly: “When two friends embark on a journey to Mexicali for a Birthday celebration, they soon realize their psychedelic shenanigans have taken a turn for the worse.” The film is being directed by Bridgewater’s Casey Tebo, who directed the Aerosmith concert DVD “Rock for the Rising Sun,” and costars Britne Oldford and Matt Bush. Tyler’s film credits are few, but he did make a memorable appearance in “Wayne’s World 2.”
