Tom Menino and Marty Walsh, Boston mayors past and present, attended a luncheon celebrating the Max Warburg Courage Curriculum, the yearlong language arts middle- and high-school curriculum focused on books stressing the theme of courage in the lives of children. . . . George Foreman III, one of five sons of former heavyweight champ George Foreman (they’re all named George), was one of the VIPs walking the runway at the Cardinal Cushing Centers Springtime Gala. Foreman owns The Club, a South Boston gym. . . . Former Sox infielder Kevin Youkilis, in town for the team’s 2004 anniversary gathering, had dinner with his wife, Julie Brady, and parents at Davio’s the other night. Also there were Bruins forward Shawn Thornton and wife Erin, and goalie Tuukka Rask.
