Remember a few months ago when we reported that Curt and Shonda Schilling had finally found a buyer for their Medfield abode? Never mind. The house was under contract, but realtor Robin Wish told us Thursday that the buyer has since backed out and the house, which sits on 26 acres, is on the market again. “What occurred didn’t have anything to do with the house,” she said. “An issue in the buyer’s personal life caused the change.” The former Sox pitcher and his wife bought the house a decade ago from former Patriots QB Drew Bledsoe, paying $4.5 million. Two years ago, the couple put it on the market, and are currently asking $2.45 million. “It’s a great opportunity,” said Wish. In February, Schilling announced that he’d been diagnosed with cancer. After undergoing radiation and chemotherapy, he’s since annunced he is remission.
