The Boylston Street bar/restaurant named for a certain former Red Sox second baseman is now named for a certain former Red Sox right fielder. Jerry Remy’s Sports Bar and Grill is now Tony C’s Bar and Grill, a chain that also includes franchises in Burlington and Somerville. (Tony C was the nickname of the late Tony Conigliaro, who played three stints with the Sox between 1964 and 1975.) We’re told the sign will be changed over the weekend. The Remy’s Sports Bar and Grill on Boylston Street — there’s another location in the Seaport — closed abruptly last year and then reopened.
