Ja Rule rules at Foxwoods

While the rest of you were getting ready to celebrate George Washington’s birthday, singer Ja Rule was performing at Foxwoods as part of the casino’s 25th anniversary party. Afterward, Rule hit Ed and Joe Kane’s Shrine nightclub, where he drank Patron and jumped on stage with Dorchester’s own Clinton Sparks, who was spinning with DJ Pup Dawg. . . . Former secretary of state John Kerry, who’ll soon be heading back to his alma mater, Yale University, to oversee an initiative focused on global issues such as terrorism and climate change, dropped by Union Oyster House over the weekend, sitting on a stool at the oyster bar and having lunch with a friend.
