There’s got to be an easier way to raise money. Car dealer Ernie Boch Jr. was roasted by some of his boldfaced friends Thursday in a benefit for Right Turn, the Arlington-based drug-and-alcohol treatment center founded by Del Fuegos drummer Woody Giessmann. Dubbed the “Rockin’ Roast,’’ the lineup for the laugh riot at Quixote Sound Stages in Allston included comedian-actor Joel McHale, former Extreme drummer Paul Geary, NECN’s Jim Braude, the Andelman brothers, and celebrity chef Ming Tsai, among others.
