Recipe for Boston shandy

1oz. Buffalo Trace bourbon
1oz. honey syrup
2oz. apple cider
1.75oz. Shipyard Export Ale

Combine all ingredients in a pint glass, stir for 5 seconds with a bar spoon. Strain into a highball glass full of fresh ice; garnish with apple chip. To create honey syrup, combine 4 oz. of honey and 4 oz. of warm water. Stir and cool.
