You’ve traveled the world — playing for clubs in Vietnam, Holland, and Denmark and training in England, Spain, and Italy. Which team has the best uniform?

Oh, definitely AFC Ajax in Holland. They wore red-and-white jerseys with matching red-and-white socks and white shorts.

Not many American players keep their hair long like you do. Have you always?

No, it used to be short. A lot of Spanish and Italian players have long hair, but I started growing mine out recently, in the past year, when I was playing in Vietnam, where everyone has short hair. I wanted to look different.
