A glance at red carpet pictures made it clear who took the title of best dressed starlet of 2012 — and who was the worst dressed. The bad news first: No matter how hard she tried, Lindsay Lohan (top) couldn’t find a style that worked. Frankly, she looked better at her court appearances than on the red carpet. Meanwhile, the lovely Emma Stone (bottom) had star style all buttoned up.
