Designer Michael Bastian, inspired by the work of illustrator Norman Rockwell, thinks it might be. Bastian's latest Gant designs were striving to capture the Americana of Rockwell's work and the feel of New England. Bastian also wanted the clothes to appeal to today's shoppers.
