Nearly a dozen Davis Square businesses will stay open late Thursday for the neighborhood’s annual Midnight Madness event, and most will offer discounts. Davis Squared (409 Highland Ave., Somerville, 617-666-6700, www.davissquared.com) will take 10 percent off purchases from 6 to 9 p.m., 15 percent off from 9 to 11 p.m., and 20 percent off from 11 p.m. to midnight; Comicazi (407 Highland Ave., 617-666-2664, www.comicazi.com) will have play sets, vehicles, and select games marked down 20 percent and plush toys marked down 50 percent, among other discounts.
