SANTORINI, Greece — Our favorite place to stay in the world is the beautiful village of Oia on the tip of Santorini. Wherever you turn, it feels like you are in the middle of a postcard. We loved staying at the Chelidonia Villas (chelidonia.com), located on a cliff overlooking the caldera. It is the most wondrous place we have ever seen, certainly our favorite of all the hotels we have visited. Sitting on your private veranda with some cheese, bread, olives, and a bottle of wine, it’s truly heaven on earth!
