Santa’s village in Jefferson, N.H., has gone high tech

JEFFERSON, N.H. — Santa’s gone high tech. Along with popular rides such as the Skyway Sleigh Monorail and Peppermint Twist, visitors to Santa’s Village will find a new synchronized music and light show and a 3-D movie. Guests should plan to stay after dark to get the full effect of the light display, which includes a 60-foot main tree, a 20-foot color ribbon tree, and thousands of lights strung throughout the park’s 13 acres.

A movie, “A Tinkerdoodle Christmas,” chronicles the antics of L. Fastidious Tinkerdoodle as he prepares Santa for his Christmas Eve journey.
