With its green and blue awnings and off-white siding, Seafood Sam’s doesn’t look like much from the outside, but give this clam shack a chance. Since it’s nowhere near the beach — it’s closer to Falmouth Hospital than it is to
Nobska Point Light — the eatery seldom is packed. But with a lobster roll special on Tuesdays priced at $11.95, it’s the go-to place for locals in the know. Open mid-February to mid-November.   356 Palmer Ave., Falmouth, 508-540-7877, www.seafoodsams.com
