Tanglewood, the Lenox summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, is going all out to be family friendly this season with special programs and free ticket deals. Programs include the popular Kids’ Corner, a musical and craft-related project supervised and supported by BSO staff on weekends; and the Watch and Play program, a series of lively discussions about instruments, concert themes, and musical concepts on selected Sundays. The Tanglewood for Kids program offers free lawn tickets, up to four per family, to all children age 17 and under. In addition, the annual Family Concert returns Aug. 24 with free tickets for ages 18 and under, $10 for adults.617-266-1492, www.bso.org
