In Paris, frozen yogurt on rue Mouffetard

PARIS — Given its Belle Époque buildings and bountiful boulangeries, many regard rue Mouffetard as the quintessence of traditional Paris. Rosa Kiwi, which opened in July, is the first entrepreneurial endeavor of Fayçal Bouhamidi and Victory Orset. “We discovered frozen yogurt during an academic exchange in Mexico,” says Orset. “I was sad to leave the fro-yo stores, so we started our own.”
