The 3,000-square-foot lounge and cocktail bar, located just off the lobby of the hip Hudson hotel in Midtown, showcases beverages crafted by the bar’s creative director and mixologist, Ryan Chetiyawardana, a two-time United Kingdom bartender of the year. Enjoy signature cocktails such as Polleno made with fresh sour apple, sweet apple, fino sherry, and fennel pollen, and The Living Cocktail made with miso caramel, homemade carrot vinegar, and reposado tequila. A food menu features an array of snacks, including Bar Jars — a mélange of sweet and savory tastes layered into a mason jar.
