“He was posing all over the place, strumming his guitar, drinking champagne, and eating oysters,” says the Globe’s Stan Grossfeld of the Naked Cowboy’s antics at an event held on Legal Harborside’s roof deck. The Times Square icon was in town promoting the oysters that bear his name. “There was something about his white briefs, the tent of the white pavilion, and those white clouds.”
