A Restaurant’s Take

Grilled beef Argentinean in East Boston

At El Paisa, there's little chance you will leave the table hungry.

At 8 o’clock on a Friday night, El Paisa Restaurante, on a heavily trafficked street corner across from the Orient Heights Blue Line T stop, is inviting. True to East Boston’s mixed heritage, the menu offers a blend of Latin American and Italian cuisine. Almost all the portions are huge; the grilled beef Argentinean is a massive cut of lean red meat, with a juicy interior and savory chimichurri sauce.
