The wheel deal

In Beverly, a boy learns a thing or two about bikes and bowwows.

I was sitting on a park bench recently with my newly rescued little dog, Biscuit, on my lap. As a young boy rode by on his bicycle, Biscuit began barking. The boy stopped a few feet away and asked me why the dog was barking at him, and I replied that sometimes he barks at people on bicycles. He thought for a minute and then said, “Well, here comes my little sister, so it’s a good thing she’s on a tricycle!”
