When you find a restaurant with a dish that not only rivals something you could make at home, but in some ways eclipses it, you know it’s special. Under the high ceilings of an old post office building is Westfield’s Tavern Restaurant, where the homey dish is baked stuffed peppers. These big bells are filled with turkey and rice and are baked under a delicious red sauce. The dish is very flavorful, but the real surprise is that you get stuffed.
