Meg's immaturity is obvious, she doesn't want strangers to think she was out with this nice guy. She is used to leaving bars with guys that tell themselves they will avoid that giant mouth. This young man is marriage material for nice girls not immature buck tooth insecure will never marry bar flies.
I can well understand why this woman has had bad "experiences with men" which have left her less than sweet. From the moment she walked into the restaurant she looked down her nose at the man. I have never read such a hurtful, vicious assessment. To denigrate someone knowing it will be puplished for his friends and family to see, all the while protesting that she didn't want to make him hate women by revealing her true self, is the height of hypocrisy. We saw her true self loud and clear. I advise any man contemplating dating this female to google her name. Hopefully this column will appear and he can run for the hills.
No one will ever love her as much as she loves herself..... and as for her comment re: her "experience with men"??!! This is a great example of why the Globe (and other papers) need to can this weekly crap.
Perhaps Meg was trying to make a joke out of the column which has always been an awful idea; why do people continue to subject themselves to this? And why do I read it??? If she wasn't joking, I'm sure glad I don't know her.
Meg sounds like a disgusting young woman, not worthy of the young man who met her for the 'blind date.' Her pathetic & degrading response to the date should have been thrown into the trash. The Recruiter for Globe did a very poor job of matching individuals.

I already DID Google her, and thankfully, this shows up!!! :)
Meg, it sounds like you're the one who needs to grow up.
You sound old rather than mature and used- up rather than experienced.
Meg. It's easy to see why you're... available.
They never should have printed this.

What a cruel, heartless woman Meg must be to do this to someone in private, let alone in the newspaper.
can't understand why she is single
