A Restaurant’s Take

Salad bar Caesar

At Sebastians, your perfect salad.

A take out salad.

A take out salad.

The lines are long at the Kendall Square Sebastians, but at lunchtime they move quickly. Queue up at the salad bar — there’s no self-service; the restaurant makes salads while customers watch — and think about what you’d like. Romaine, grated Parmesan, croutons, and a generous portion of flavorful chicken breast? Got it. Add Caesar dressing (and pretty much anything else you can think of), and you’re ready to go.  — Anne V. Nelson
