Mick Morgan’s Irish co-owner Finbar Griffin created his lush Kerryman chicken and potato soup by accident. He mixed roasted chicken and Idaho potatoes with carrots, celery, and onions in a cream broth to create a potpie filling, tasted it, and put it on the menu as a soup special that day.
