Rhymes with red: A Valentine’s story

Never underestimate a 4-year-old.

While volunteering at a local food pantry, I read a book about a girl who writes rhymes on her valentines. I asked my 4-year-old listener if she could she tell me something that rhymes with “red.’’ As she thought about it, I tapped her head and asked, “What do you call this?” Without hesitation, she replied, “Cranium!”
