Berry pudding at 80 Thoreau

At 80 Thoreau in Concord, pastry chef Katherine Hamilburg makes a fancy berry bread pudding for the weekend tasting menu (it’ll be available on and off all summer). Blackberries and blueberries are topped with broken-up brioche that’s been tossed with vanilla custard; then the dish is baked. It is served with yogurt sorbet.
