A Restaurant’s Take

On the menu at Strega Prime

The Woburn restaurant is serving a woodsy fall special.

Joanne Rathe/Globe staff

Woburn’s Strega Prime, the new sister to Boston’s Strega restaurants, is serving this woodsy dish as a special right now. Chestnuts are oven-roasted and pureed into a bisque flavored with Honeycrisp apples, nutmeg, Grand Marnier, and more. Each bowl gets a dollop of maple creme fraiche and a sprinkle of prosciutto crisps and micro-greens — autumn by the spoonful.  — Kara Baskin
