    At the Biltmore Bar & Grille in Newton Upper Falls, lamb rillettes are the star of a composed charcuterie board that includes cheeses and condiments. The lamb is flavored with butter and fennel seed, garlic, shallots, juniper berries, and oregano and mixed with a bit of Kalamata olive tapenade.   —  Rachel Travers
