Keller + Keller Homeowner Richard Cook (pictured) bought his South End condo at the urging of designer Josh E. Linder, who had already redecorated the place in his head. Keller + Keller The cozy and dark library, inspired by the one in Cook’s childhood home, holds a comfy sofa bed from Circle Furniture. BEFORE: Custom trim and a carefully considered palette were perhaps the most important aspects of bringing the condo back to its sophisticated beginnings. The unit, a 900-square-foot two-bedroom in a distinctive late-19th-century building, had been stripped of its charm in the 1980s, but its bones were intact. Keller + Keller Kidder Blaisdell Woodworks built the tiny kitchen’s upper cabinets, painted Twilight Zone by Benjamin Moore. The Moroccan-inspired tile on the backsplash is from tile showcase.
