Hiker completes creation of 162-mile trail

A dream born 33 years ago grew into a 162-mile trail from N.H.’s White Mountains to the Canadian border

Two weeks ago, under a misty fall sky, Kim Nilsen, now 63, finished his trail from N.H.’s White Mountains to the Canadian border. It had only taken 33 years.
