In some towns, Halloween is postponed due to storm

For a kid, nothing is scarier than a Halloween with no candy. But that’s just what will happen to hundreds of children tonight since dozens of towns and cities have postponed trick-or-treating due to the unusually early snowstorm that walloped some areas of the state over the weekend. “It’s a public safety issue,” said Bob Reed, Leicester town administrator. “We’ve got a lot of limbs down, wires, a lot of roads we haven’t been able to get to.”
