Home for the holidays, with a little help from Travelers Aid

Malina Williams was homeless and nearly hopeless when she arrived at Travelers Aid Family Services in Boston in 2008. The social service agency has helped the young mother find a job and begin to build a career. she is just one of the 4000 people a year who find help at the nondescript office near South Station. The difficult economy has made helping the homeless difficult, but success stories still happen.
