A lot of people are contemplating that question right now, as a Superior Court Judge ponders whether city officials have a right to evict the protesters from their downtown encampment. Mel King is wondering too. The longtime activist, 83, knows his way around a tent city. He led an occupation in Boston to demand affordable housing in 1968, and it worked. He has some advice for the campers on the Greenway.
